The 32 years old designer dedicated some of the models in the show to her mentor Lesage. She started the show with saris in silk crepe georgette, with the traditional sari blouse, bare midriff and flowing scarf wound round the neck. The blouses and edges of the sari had deep borders embroidered with paisley whorls of filigree gold or silver thread interspersed with sequins and pearls or spattered with Swarovski crystals
